Dear FutureMe

Write your future self a note from your present self.

But even more fun is reading notes other people have written to themselves in the past.

I got crazy sick over the weekend but I think I’m going to be better by Christmas.  3 more days of work this week.  14 hours of Axis and Allies over the weekend.  I beat Tony but Sara beat me.  I couldn’t belive she actually played and I think she even kind of liked it.  First Monday with no school!  No celebration for finishing grad school. 😦 I should have walked in the ceremony, then people would have had to come visit from home and buy me presents!  That was dumb.  The Packers suck.  Yesterday Sara let me go through her closet and actually got rid of like 4 bags of clothes!! I don’t know what came over her.  I’m so proud! 😛

That is all.

I don’t know why this is funny…

There’s just something funny about kids who are terrified of santa.

Yet another good game

You know how much I like to shoot zombies!  This is a suprisingly simple yet good game where you’re an old man de-animating some walking corpses with a revolver.  My personal best is 131 zombies capped. One helpful hint is that you actually have to click on the zombie you’re trying to shoot. I had this crazy notion that bullets would actually hit things you didn’t click on and it caused my head to get pulled off.

P.S. Packers are actually doing kind of good…

Ah, Sunday

I’m writing this post from my new football command post in the spare room with my desktop and the small T.V.  It’s everything I hoped it would be! 🙂  AND the Packers game is actually on T.V. here in PA since they’re playing the Stillers.

Ugh, the Packers.  What a mess.  They’ll be lucky to win another game this year.  It’s gotten so bad that they had to pick up a WR named Taco! No seriously: Taco Ordered (their title not mine, I can’t take credit).

I’ve been working overtime the past few weekends and this week was no excpetion.  I don’t mind though because I get a lot done and I get paid for it too.  But one thing that makes work a little more bearable is konfabulator.  You install this program and then you can download widgets which do all kinds of things.  Each one is sort of like a little specialized web-browser window.  For example, I have one that showes me football scores, one that showes me the weather, one that gives me a daily Dilbert cartoon and one I can double-click for a Napolean Dynamite sound clip.  How can you beat that??

So next weekend is going to be awesome.  Sara’s friend from home is visting her brother in Baltimore so we’re going to go hang out all day followed by a Ben Folds concert!! It’s going to be a cool concert too, he’s playing with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.  I’m excited to see which songs he’ll play.

::sigh:: This is just rediculous

And I’m not even making this up:

“McNair’s Sack Pain Lingers”

P.S. Congrats to my sis for 4 years of not eating meat. If you’re into that sort of thing.
