Ouch

You can read about it here, but basically it needs no explanation…the picture kind of says it all.

It’s like the whole Internet in song form

If you’ve ever been on the Internet (and I think you have) then you should check out Weezer’s new video which makes an attempt to reference as many memes as possible.  And, oh yeah, by the way, it is also a decent song.  The best part?  If you see one you don’t recognize, Weezer has put them up for you! (although there are still a few references that didn’t make it. Watch for Charlie)

I like how they went out and got Mrs. North Carolina and the Numa Numa guy and Tay Zonday, etc. to actually participate for the video.

Life in the Ghetto

Okay, click on this link to go to Google maps.  If you are not positioned properly already, click on street view and rotate around until you are facing west.

The nice thing is that this is about 5 miles from my house!

If I had only one tooth, I’d use it to eat bacon

Evie finally got a second tooth!  Even though it has been more than 2 months since her first one came in.

And frankly it is just in time, because there are big things afoot in the culinary world.  I recieved an email today from InteractiveReader that made me weep with joy.  Two words: bacon salt.  It is a seasoning salt (or magical pixie dust) that makes anything it touches taste like bacon.  There is even a blog with links to other bacon related blogs.  This is a gold mine.  So, if you are looking for an early Christmas present for me, look no further.

But, to be fair, she really only wrote the email to remind me her new post is up at Foreward Magazine.  But obviously bacon is the quickest way to my heart.

Ah!  I just found a blog that combines bacon and pirate skulls!

I’m glad its easy for people to make movies on the Internet

Unfortunately, I don’t think I can embed videos from CollegeHumor, but you should go check out this video that answers the question, “What if the T.V. show 24 was set back in 1994, with all of the cutting edge technology of the time (such as AOL 3.0)?”

And if that’s not enough for you, you can go check out the Waldo Ultimatum, which answers the question, “What if they made a movie adaptation of the book Where’s Waldo?”  (Link courtesy InteractiveReader)

I know these are questions for which you are looking for answers and this is just the place to get them!
