Giant Crocodile vs. Shark

When you see a headline like “Giant crocodile devours a shark as tourists look on“, then you have an article I am going to read, my friends.

According to the article, it’s really not that uncommon of a fight. I repeat, there are places on this earth where a giant crocodile fighting a shark is not that uncommon. There is even a video there of a fisherman pulling a shark up on shore, followed by a crocodile coming out of the water to get said shark. So I guess it’s true.

I smell a sequel to Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus! Personally, I think Mega Shark vs. Giant Crocodile is a much better fight. Leave the Giant Octopuses to Mega Sperm Whales, thank you very much.

My parents *were* awesome

Do you ever get the impression that, before you were born, your parents were a lot more awesome? Well, on the off chance that you find actual photographic evidence of said awesomeness, there is a website for you: my parents were awesome.

Now, it’s a pretty cool website, but a lot of the pictures are just old pictures of people. Those pictures would probably awesome if you knew the people, but for anybody else, they’re just pictures. However, there are some pictures that are just inherently awesome.

What I’ve been annoying Sara with lately

Okay, there is a song by comedians Myq Kaplan and Micah Sherman which I just can’t get out of my head. (Side note, yes his name is “Mike” spelled “Myq”)

Not to over explain the joke, but basically the idea is, sometimes you have something you don’t really want to do. So, in order to convince yourself to do it, you sing a little song of encouragement.

So, for example, if you have to take a shower and you don’t really want to, you might sing something like, “It’s time for Dr. Show Show to take a showey-show! It’s time for Dr. Show Show to take a showey-show!”

Well, it probably makes more sense if you listen to it:

Ah HA! Now you’re hooked too! You also will be breaking into these little songs throughout the day. Make sure you do it around Sara, because it drives her CRAZY!
